I'm a program manager in the Partner App Experience Team at Microsoft. We work with Microsoft's test 
organization to notify developers when issues have been identified in their applications during routine

Issue
Crash observed on "Clicking Create form Webpage" option

Environment: Desktop
OS Build: 18909, 18362, 17763
OS: Windows 10 Insider Preview, Windows 10
App Version: 2.10.10

Repro Steps:
1. Launch the application.
2. Click on File.
3. Select Create then in that dropdown select "From Webpage".
4. Google any images and copy the URL from the web and paste it in the URL holder.
5. Click on Create.
6. Observe.

Actual Results:
Crash is observed followed by an error message saying 'Plug-in crashed: "web-page.exe"'

Expected Results:
The image should be created from the webpage without any issue
