[Gimp-user] foreground select - Levin Engine missing

Hi,

I saw a post a year ago with someone having the same issue and concluding that
there was nothing to do (running 2.10 flatpack)

I'm running 2.10 on macOS High Sierra 10.13.6

Does anyone know how to get the Levin engine for the foreground select tool?
As of now I only have matter Global.
