[Gimp-user] Tool Icons

Although tool icons are set under preferences - image window - icons they don't
show in image when tool is selected. Mouse cursor is always standard windows
arrow?
Gimp 2.10.10 in use have reinstalled twice. OS is widows 10 & right up to date.
What is required to correct?
