Things don't necessarily improve after reinstalling. Especially when
that is not the solution at all.
Is my only option to just abandon 2.10?

Or maybe you could wait for either newer installer of 2.10.0 or 2.10.2
whichever comes first.
I'm glad I saved the 2.8.20 setup file as I can't seem to find it online. I'm
sure I'm not knowing where to look though.
