[Gimp-user] Cannot Get To C Drive

Hi,

I have been recommended your software and just downloaded it but when I go
to the open file command, I cannot get access to anything in my C drive. I
have attached an image to show you what I mean.  The only things I can
access are the sub-folders already shown in the attached image.  Am I doing
something wrong?
