Unzip and put the two files from the 64 bit folder 'resynthesizer' and
'resynthesizer-gui' in the Gimp profile
C:\Users\your-name\AppData\Roaming\GIMP\2.9\plug-ins
Thanks! This version is working with GIMP 2.10 as well!
