[Gimp-user] Access Gimp once installed

I have installed Gimp on my computer but I have no idea how to now run the
program. the installation didn't automatically set up an icon on the
desktop and I don't know which of any of the files in the folders in this
snapshot I should use to open it. Can someone help me?
