[Gimp-user] Need help with opening program

I have Windows 10. Have installed GIMP 2 and see the files. But, the
application did not open after installation. Was told to start program
using installed shortcut. Where is this shortcut and how do I start the
application? I don't see any shortcut on my desktop.
