[Gimp-user] Set default Save As folder?

When explaining pretty much anything like this online its best to assume the
reader has little or no knowledge of what you're trying to say. Otherwise more
often than not it won't make sense.

I write tutorials as well as read them, and it can be very frustrating when
people cut corners. Quite frankly if you don't give the full information the
reader is looking for, its a waste of both your time and theirs.
