[Gimp-user] File not found in Gimp start

It is the GAP plugin and if you search it has been reported in several places.

Seems to be working fine, although I am getting error from one of the additional
plugins (optional step) ani.exe, something about gimp_drawable_get thumb not
being located in libgimpgui-2.0-0.dll.

Not a GAP expert and hopefully never will be, but from what is reported GAP
still works.
