[Gimp-user] Increasing size of menus / tools

Hello. I'm very new to GIMP, just downloaded and started using it. On my Acer
Aspire Alpha 12 two-in-one laptop, the menus with tools toolbars, options
(layers, brushes, etc) all are very small, so much so that I'm having trouble
seeing or selecting them.

How can I change this? From within GIMP, or is it a setting in Win 10, or?
