[Gimp-user] g_type_check_instance error message

Hi,
I used Gimp for a couple of weeks without problems.
from yesterday when I start Gimp, I have following message(translated from
french in english)
The enter point of procedure g_type_check_instance_is fundamentally a can not be
found in the library of dynamic links C:\Program
files\Gimp2\bin\libatk-1.0-0.dll.
Then follow a long list of different error messages (12). After clicking on ok
12 times Gimp opens at last.
How can I resolve the problem?
