[Gimp-user] GIMP Tool Box Layers

My tool box keeps disappearing.  And most importantly, my layers box
disappeared as well.  I can't find anything online that can bring them back
and appear.  I've already checked and tried many times using toolbox
preference/options... set layer path active...

I need to switch from one layer to another.  And move them around as well.
