[Gimp-user] ...a fish blowing bubbles

I just completed a fish blowing bubbles which spells out a msg. However, it
moves too fast. I had already completed the gif before trying to go in to smooth
out the action, and tweak the behavior of the fish. Changed the layer attribute
from 2000 ms to 300 ms, then 3000 and back to 300 ms. However the speed doesn't
seem to have changed. Please help.
