gimp-help-2-2.8.1-en-setup.exe. But then I saw an updated Help file,
gimp-help-2.8.2.tar.bz2. I installed Bitser to open the .bz2 file and it
decompresses everything, but I can't get the Help file to install. In the list
of decompressed files there is an "Install" file, but it doesn't install when
clicking it; it wants me to open another program.
Not sure what to do here.
Given you are running Windows, you need the Windows executables from here:
