I am using the paint brush with smooth stroke. I have set Quality and Weight to
100% Everything else is default, however when I draw there is a very very slight
'bump' that always occurs. Example:

Is there any way to get rid of this? It is NOT from my input and it always
occurs, the only way to get it to go away is setting the quality to below 45% or
so, which defeats the purpose of using smooth stroke for me. It only occurs
initially, the rest of the line, no matter how long I hold it and draw, works as
it should. Brush dynamics is the default pressure opacity selection.
