[Gimp-user] Pop up windows

Hi peeps...

Running windows 7 64bit & Gimp 2.8 with a dual monitor set up with one of them
being a huion gt 190 (tablet monitor)

When I click to create a new layer the pop up is on the far side of the other
screen

is there a way to lock this to the same screen that gimp is running on?
