[Gimp-user] Gimp won't start (Oxc000007b)

Running Windows 8 on new laptop. Downloaded Gimp 2.8. Solved the dll issue, and
now Gimp won't start (Oxc000007b). No clue how to solve this. Any help is
appreciated.
