[Gimp-user] Windows 'Date modified' on files saved by GIMP is wrong

Apparently GIMP can time travel into the future (see attached jpg exported from
GIMP, note the difference from system time).

This doesn't affect anything, but it just bothers me.  Is there any way to fix
it?
