[Gimp-user] dump defaults

Assuming one starts gimp with no user-specific gimprc,
is there a way to dump out all the default values?

I'm asking because the default gimprc has everything commented out,
and there's no GIMP2_DIRECTORY or gimp_dir defined in my environment.
