To be clear: I'm asking about the print dialog, not Gimp's use of theprint dialog. Gimp is one app that uses it but firefox, eog, evince ...and many others are other examples of apps that use the GTK printer dialog.


I'm on Ubuntu Precise 12.04 which includes Gimp 2.6, GTK 2.0 (and GTK 3.0).
