[Gimp-user] Quick Mask Icon

To gain more canvas real estate I've disabled my scroll bars. When I
did I noticed the loss of the quickmask icon. I always use the
quickmask shortcut to enable and disable, but I liked being able to get
to the options through the icon.

Would it be possible to move this to the status bar or even the tool
options dock? Removiing scrollbars shouldn't limit other functionality.
