Not currently - if you want this a lot, check out Inkscape.
I know Inkscape and use it a lot -- for very different tasks, however.
For raster image manipulation, Inkscape just doesn't cut it. I use it
for all my vector graphics work. They're two *very* different programs,
all in all.
By "not currently" -- which question did you answer exactly: Is it not
currently supported or not currently planned?
