[Gimp-user] Getting the opposite side of an image

Hello,

I have an image of a car with a view of looking from the back and to the left, i.e. 
http://www.business-stock-photos.com/picture/isolated-red-car-back-view/000012035713.  

I would like to change the view from the back and to the right.  

Does Gimp have the funcitonality to do that.
