Hi,

I need to develop a very basic image processing application using GIMP for
a friend. The application should have similar features like
https://www.photogreenscreen.com/software/dropoutgs

I am a web based client/server application developer and I don't have any
clue how an image processing application works.

Is there anyone here who can help me with this?
Or suggest any company that may help?
I am ready to pay reasonable development cost for this project.
