Secondly, I think you chose the wrong mailing list. The gimp-gui list is 
dedicated to discuss GUI or user experience in general, in the context 
of GIMP. The topic of creating development environments for GIMP would 
be rather adapted to gimp-developer list:

Yeah this indeed looks like an interesting tool. I may give it a test 
(as I said on LinuxFr as I am the one who started the thread you are 
mentionning, I think!), though I also have my own tool to create 
development environments.

Anyway if you wish to give more details about this GUIX tool and start a 
discussion, please make a new thread on gimp-developer list, and do it 
in English this time. ;-)
