[Gimp-docs] Two small errors in documentation

Hi!

There are two unnecessary characters "\n" in the third paragraph from the bottom on https://docs.gimp.org/2.10/en/gimp-introduction-whats-new.html. Also, on the same page, in the fourth list item, there should be "are" after "areas".

I suggest using the free version of Grammarly when creating/fixing documentation. Even in its free form, it's quite powerful.

2. What's new in GIMP 2.10.18?

Tools are now grouped in the toolbox by default: Section 1.2, “Tool Icons”. Sliders now use a compact style with improved user interaction: New sliders. Vastly improved user experience for the transformation preview: Composited preview. Dockable areas now highlighted when a dockable dialog is being dragged.
