[Gimp-docs] About Korean translation of gimp docs

Hello. I'm a gimp user.
I translated ."What's New in gimp 2.10" into Korean where gimp 2.10
was released.

Now, https://docs.gimp.org/2.10/ko/gimp-introduction-history-2-10.html
is not Korean. It is English.
Why Korean translation is now shown ?
How can solve this problem?
