For information, http://www.gimpusers.com/forums/gimp-developer/15010-screen-help refers to http://sourceforge.net/projects/gimp-win/files/GIMP%20Help%202/GIMP%20Help%202.8.0/gimp-help-2-2.8.0-en_GB-setup.exe. This installed help file is not recognised in GIMP 2.8.4 (or some previous versions) “Preferences>Help System”, whereas http://sourceforge.net/projects/gimp-win/files/GIMP%20Help%202/GIMP%20Help%202.8.0/gimp-help-2-2.8.0-en -setup.exe is recognised, that is without the “_GB”. Maybe it is something to do with locale?
