[Gimp-docs] manual archive files missing

All the gimp help archive files 2.6.1 are missing from the ftp.
Are present only the old 2.6.0 files.
All links to the 2.6.1 are, because of this, broken.

I've checked because I was intentioned to purge the html page from the
links to the older revision but I saw that I can't do it since the only
available are the older 2.6.0.

Is there a fix?
Who is responsible of the ftp site?
Is the 2.6.1 really the last of the 2.6 series?
