[Gimp-docs] New GIMP Book

Hi!

First, thank you to everyone who donates their valuable time to helping others out, and maintaining such a great tool (GIMP, that is!).

Pardon me if this is well known information, but I can't find it anywhere. I've just written a GIMP for Beginners book, and would like to submit it to be displayed on the GIMP Books page at GIMP.org.  Is there an official submission process? 

I would also love to help write new documentation for GIMP 2.8, is there an application/submission process for this?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
