[Gimp-developer] broken dependency on GIMP 2.10.32 onward

Hi devs,
commit d8ac0eb878712ead7e2e4c0ef7bc91bdbcd97cfa

referred also in commit af8c44b015027d368f085dd9ec7541ee73e58f0e

introduced a dependency on gegl 0.4.36 that ... does not exists (to my
knowledge) on master branch of gegl and that broke the compilation of
GIMP 2.10.*.

Am I missing something?
