[Gimp-developer] Missing variables for plurals in recent gimp.pot?

Hello,
Russian translator here. There are some strange/uncomplete plural forms in
gimp.po[1], messages like #1486, #1488, #1490 for example have no variables
for plurals, but in the message #1487 the variables '%d' are presented.
Could somebody explain the context, in case it's intended? I see no
affordable way to put this in proper Russian without the '%d', tbh. Thank
you!
