Not from the GIMP project itself yet, but at www.partha.com
you find some Windows and OS X builds of version 2.9.3 which is a
bit newer than 2.9.2. The Windows builds require a 64 bit Windows.
Partha Bagchi might be able to tell more about them.
There's also a 2.9.3 build on Macports for OS X.
For Linux I found no Debian nor Fedora packages, only a OpenSuse/Leap
package:

PC-BSD has no 2.9.x port.

@Alex, Pat, Schumaml: should we add this information to our downloads
page as long as we don't provide own 2.9.x builds?
