Amazon makes it hard to report problems with 3rd party sellers, but I wanted
to make the people who work on GIMP and other free open source programs
aware of these people if they want to do something about it. Maybe someone
else will have better luck in figuring out how to report them to Amazon.
What would you report. It is legal and acceptable to recoup the cost of
packaging and GIMP is included with other items, clip art and a "900-page
PDF manual (in English). The seller while somewhat devious, is doing
nothing wrong.
