[Gimp-developer] select by opacity

 hi all,

here is a simple idea, which would be very useful in
certain situations... on the 'select by colour' or 'select by contiguous
region' tool, it would be GREAT if there was a further option to select
on the basis of opacity, from 0 - 100, within a given region....
