Thanks, Richard, for the proposed Dynamics file.
A few weeks ago I started with a patch (also as Dynamic setting)
and your file helped me cleaning it a bit.
My patch adds a Dynamic option and three Paint tool presets, which use 
it. It can be found at https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=692956.
