Cleaned up autogen.sh

Hello,

I cloned Giggle's repository from GitHub and tried to compile it.
Unfortunately autogen.sh refused to do it's job, telling me that I'm
missing automake-1.7 or later, which was false as version 1.10 have
been present on my machine. I've made some changes to your autogen.sh
(actually deleting it and creating a new, smaller one) and now it works
fine for me.

If you'd like to merge it please pull branch master from
http://github.com/jstepien/giggle .
