[gedit-list] Gedit-latex 3.8.0 has been released

Hey List, 

I just wanted to let you know that I just released gedit-latex 3.8.0. The most important feature (see bellow) is that python 3 support has been added, so the plugin now works on Gedit 3.8. Thanks to Aleksei Lissitsin for the port and Ignacio Casal Quinteiro for reviewing Aleksei's work. Also to note is that the dbus python3 module is not installed by default on many distributions, so you need to install it for the plugin to work (and packagers should make it a dependency)
