[gedit-list] help updating plugin to gedit3

I worked some on porting a gedit plugin, and wondered if anyone is
willing/able to help me finish of the job since I am in a little over
my head. I feel like someone who knew gtk/gnome/python would probably
be able to point me in the right direction rather quickly
