gedit 3.4.1 on ubuntu 12_04
---> Copy and paste from a table on a web page - Firefox - I see:
Confirmation Number
6H99-B42C-XZXH Print
Payment Selection
Current Balance
---> Select from the space after the n terminating "Confirmation" through the space before the 6. Type a tab.
---> Result is:
Confirmation Number
6H99-B42C-XZXH Print
Payment Selection
Current Balance
--->Note the position of the tabs, What I expected is:
Confirmation 6H99-B42C-XZXH Print
Payment Selection
Current Balance
---> Is there a reason?
I do use the add-in that tabs a whole block of code at once but I select whole lines when I do that.
I also have stuff from 2008 thru 2011 where gedit has always done what I expected.
