[gedit-list] Commander Plugin

Hi All,

I can activate the commander plugin by selecting it as a plugin, and then pressing Ctrl+. (Ctrl + Period), but I'm not sure what the plugin does. What is the purpose of this plugin, and when is it useful?

It looks like Jesse wrote this plugin, so perhaps he can provide the most info about it.
