[gedit-list] New Scala plugin

Hi everyone,

I wrote a simple gedit3 plugin to compile Scala files in the
background and highlight lines of code which the compiler reports as
problematic here:

This is the first plugin I've written for gedit, so any helpful advice
/ criticism that you have would be very useful.
