gedit 2.13.20 on Ubuntu 10.04. Yeah, I know. I WILL get around to it but there were some troubles upgrading my 64 bit box when I tried.
But gedit doesn't want to open the files created when I choose save from the LiveHTTP headers add-in for Firefox.
I can hexdump the file and the only thing I see that's funny is \r\n Windoze line ends in the file.
gedit complains that it can't figure out what the character encoding is and none of the suggestions offered works when selected for a try again.
If I scp the file over to my 10.3.9 OS neXt box BBEdit opens it fine.
Izzit a known bug that has been fixed?
