[gedit-list] Does Gedit have this feature?

In Notepad++ when you are looking at files in specific languages there is the
ability to expand or contract each separate part of the file you are looking
at. is there an option for doing the same in Gedit? If so how do I select
this feature or is there a plugin available to do the same. Thanks

**I am very new to programming and am learning on my own so if I mess up
with the proper terms/syntax etc... for something please let me know the
