[gedit-list] gedit-ftp-browser site profiles implementation

hello, i wrote a simple implementation for gedit-ftp-browser plugin: 
- you have to store site profiles information in text files;
- files have the same structure as lastftp.ini
- save the file into plugin_dir/FTP_profiles
- plugin now makes this directory at load time if necessary;
- a combo box in the plugin side panel lets you chose between files
- selecting a file its data are loaded into plugin form fields

since there are a few request in the plugin issue page on google code i think 
this might be to any interest for someone.
