[gedit-list] A little Gedit modifications

Hi all!

I'm edit html.lang and php.lang.

Gedit not supported hungarian special characters in php variable and apostrophe in html language - yet!
Now gedit (with my modification) mark variables, what include hungarian special characters; text and php code what between apostrophes.
