[gedit-list] Wrap plugin. So much needed

Hey

I've using gEdit for so long, and this is one of the things has been
bothering me for years. Wrapping lines.

As gEdit is so light I've been using it for coding and for reading
txt, writing notes and other stuff and troubles me that I have to go
all way down to the preferences page to change the wrapping setting
(which I want disabled for coding and enable for other stuff)

And this plugin fix it, so easy, by putting a button on the toolbar.

So I write you both, to ask for it's inclusion as official plugin.
