I'm not sure if that feature is supported by GtkSourceView2. Maybe it's worth to find that out for sure before digging to deep. I've been crying (not on this list though) for the same feature for web markup (incredibly useful) but to no avail so far.

To be precise, "box" should also start with the new line and "end" must be on separate line. Between these may be another keyword pairs.
