[gedit-list] Middle Click Insertion

Dear List,

I could not find any (positive) information about the status of the middle mouse button issue yet.
Is this already solved in a newer version of gedit (mine is 2.28.2) from Debian Squeeze (testing).

The issue is that using the middle mouse button for inserting text makes the cursor jumping to the
original text (the one that is marked and that shall be copied). This is really annoying and makes
this feature more or less useless (as long as you are not copying on the same screen page).
